By accessing or using this website and/or booking a dance coaching session with Dance with Cyrus, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of this site and participation in any offered services. Please read them carefully.

1. General

This website is owned and operated by Dance with Cyrus. These Terms & Conditions (T&C) set forth the legal agreement between you (the client or visitor) and me (Cyrus Henry, the business owner). By visiting this website or booking a session, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage my services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. Dance coaching sessions are by appointment only and take place at my private home studio in Leumeah, NSW, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Services

Dance with Cyrus offers private dance coaching sessions, including:

  • Salsa and Bachata lessons for singles or couples

  • Wedding first dance coaching (customised routines)

  • Latin and ballroom-style dance instruction

All sessions are offered in person and are subject to availability. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through the website or by direct communication.

  • First-time clients are eligible for a free 45-minute session.

  • One-off and package rates are clearly outlined on the website.

  • Payment is required upfront to confirm bookings.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or any secure method provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a forfeited session or full charge.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergencies), flexibility may be granted at my discretion.

  • No-shows are considered cancellations.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for unused sessions in packages. You may, however, transfer unused sessions to a later date within 90 days of your original booking. Refunds for exceptional cases (e.g. medical reasons) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for your scheduled session

  • Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for dance movement

  • Informing me of any injuries, physical conditions, or limitations before we begin

  • Treating the studio space and others with respect

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if boundaries are not respected.

8. Limitation of Liability

While dance is generally low risk, all physical activity carries some risk of injury. By participating in any dance coaching session, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own physical well-being. I am not liable for injuries sustained during or after a session unless proven to be caused by gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to videos, choreography, course outlines, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dance with Cyrus and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how your personal data is collected and used.

11. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
