At Dance with Cyrus, I value your commitment to learning and growth through dance. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services, including private coaching sessions and dance lesson packages.
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. General Policy
Because dance coaching is a time-based and personalised service, refunds are generally not available once a session has been delivered or a package has commenced. I do, however, offer flexibility under certain conditions outlined below.
2. Private Sessions (One-off Bookings)

If you cancel your single booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no extra cost or request a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session may result in a partial refund (50%) or a credit toward a future session, at my discretion.

No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Dance Coaching Packages (3, 6, or 8 sessions)

If you choose not to continue with your package after your first paid session, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion (minus the full price of sessions already used).

After the second session, refunds are not available, but you may request to:

Pause your package (valid for 90 days from last session)

Transfer remaining sessions to another individual (must be approved in advance)

4. Wedding Dance Packages (Pearl, Emerald, Diamond)
Due to the customised nature of wedding dance preparation:

Refunds are not available for wedding packages once the first session has taken place.

If you cancel your wedding dance package before the first session, you may receive a full refund, minus a 10% admin/consultation fee.

If you need to postpone due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. illness, venue/date change), I am happy to reschedule within 3 months of your original date.
5. Workshops, Events, or Group Masterclasses

Group sessions are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Dance with Cyrus.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to someone else with prior notice.
